What’s included in your Hair Health Plan

Your personalised Hair Health Plan is prepared by our trichology team, drawing on clinical training and experience across thousands of consultations. Based on what you share with us, your Plan includes:

An assessment of what’s likely happening with your hair — not a guess, but a clinical perspective informed by the pattern of changes you describe, your health and lifestyle context, and what the trichological evidence tells us about situations like yours.

Specific product and routine guidance tailored to your situation — including wash frequency, application techniques, and the order in which to introduce changes so you’re not overwhelmed.

A clear picture of what to expect over the next 30 days — because understanding the timeline is often the difference between sticking with a routine that’s working and giving up too early.

This isn’t a template or a generic information sheet. Every Hair Health Plan is written individually — your concerns, your products, your circumstances.

Who is this for?

The Hair Health Plan is for anyone noticing changes in their hair or scalp who wants expert trichology guidance without a full clinical consultation. It’s particularly helpful if you’ve recently started a new medication, gone through hormonal or life-stage changes, noticed increased shedding or thinning, or are unsure which products or routine are right for your hair right now.

You don’t need to have purchased our products to get a Plan — we’ll recommend what’s appropriate for your specific situation, whether that includes our range or not.

How your Hair Health Plan is prepared

When you submit your Hair Health Plan, our trichology team reads everything you’ve shared. Your Plan is then prepared using our clinical framework, drawing on experience across thousands of client consultations and the latest evidence-based research. Every Plan is reviewed before delivery to ensure the guidance is specific, actionable, and grounded in evidence.

Common concerns we help with

Hair shedding and thinning, post-pregnancy hair changes, medication-related hair loss including GLP-1 medications like Wegovy and Ozempic, scalp discomfort and sensitivity, breakage and damage, lack of volume.

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, and uncertainty about which products or routine to follow. If you’re not sure whether your concern is something we can help with, submit your Hair Health Plan and we’ll let you know.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have bought your products?
No. Your Hair Health Plan is based on your situation, not your shopping history. We’ll recommend what’s appropriate — whether that includes products from our range, changes to your existing routine, or both.

How is this different from a consultation?
A Hair Health Plan is written guidance based on what you tell us. It doesn’t include a live conversation or clinical examination. For clients who want a deeper, hands-on assessment, we offer clinical consultations at our Dublin and London clinics.

What if my situation is complex?
Start here. Your Hair Health Plan will give you a clear picture of what’s likely happening and what to do next. If your situation needs more detailed investigation — such as blood panel guidance, scalp analysis, or an ongoing protocol — we’ll tell you that in your Plan and recommend the right next step.

Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. Simply reply to the email your Plan arrives in and our trichology team will respond. Most follow-up questions are answered within one to two business days.
