The Everyday Healthy Hair Edit

Selected by Clare Devereux — Clinical Trichologist, Harley Street & Dublin

A daily hair care routine in three products — shampoo, conditioner, and a leave-in finishing mist — for hair that wants to feel softer, look shinier, and behave better. If your situation is more specific, there’s an Edit for that too.

What this routine addresses

Dry hair that feels like straw after washing.

Most shampoos strip moisture as they cleanse. The Moisturising Shampoo cleanses gently in an organic aloe vera base — your scalp gets fresh, your hair keeps its hydration instead of losing it in the shower.

Hair that tangles easily and feels rough at the ends.

Tangling and roughness are signs of a lifted cuticle — the outer layer of each strand isn't lying flat. The conditioner's sea kale and organic argan oil smooth that cuticle down, which is why your hair feels silkier and combs through easier from the first use.

Flat, dull hair that won’t hold its shape between washes.

Shine comes from a smooth cuticle reflecting light. The Keratin Glow Mist helps maintain that — hydrolyzed keratin strengthens the hair shaft while red algae forms a lightweight protective film. One mist on damp hair, and the difference carries through to your next wash day.

Keeping a blowout or salon treatment looking good at home.

Professional results fade when your daily products work against them. This routine works on the same principle — cleanse gently, nourish without weight, then seal with a protective finishing step. The mist in particular extends the life of a blowout or keratin service.

Building a proper hair care routine from scratch.

If you've been using whatever was in the shower and you want to start with something considered, this is the foundation. Three products that work as a sequence — not a medicine cabinet of bottles that don't talk to each other.

There may be a better starting point if
  • Your scalp is the issue — tightness, flaking, discomfort. The Scalp Recovery Edit addresses that first, because healthy hair starts with a settled scalp
  • You’re on Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro and your hair has changed. The GLP-1 Hair Support Edit is built for exactly that
  • Menopause, perimenopause, post-pregnancy, or fertility treatment is affecting your hair. The Hormonal Hair Support Edit works with those transitions rather than around them
  • Your hair is noticeably thinner or lacks the volume it used to have. The Volume & Strength Edit contains active scalp-stimulating ingredients this routine doesn’t
  • You colour your hair and protecting that colour is the priority. The Colour Protection Edit is formulated to do that specificall
  • Your hair has been through it — years of heat, colour, or simply nothing at all. The Deep Repair Edit goes deeper than daily nourishment
From Clare

This is the routine I recommend more than any other. Not because it’s the most complex — it’s actually the simplest in the range — but because most hair doesn’t need complexity. It needs the right foundation, done well, done consistently. A shampoo that cleans without stripping. A conditioner that nourishes where it’s needed. A finishing mist that seals and protects. Nothing else.

What makes these three work together is the sequence. Each product builds on the one before it — the shampoo creates a clean, hydrated foundation, the conditioner smooths and strengthens the mid-lengths and ends, and the mist locks everything in and keeps working between washes. That layering is what turns a wash day into a routine that genuinely makes a difference. Not after three months. From the first time you use them together.

Begin with Clare’s personalised guidance

Clare reviews your situation personally — she may spot something worth paying attention to, confirm this Edit is exactly right for you, or suggest a refinement to make it work harder. All three products plus her written assessment, based on your hair, your scalp, your circumstances.

The Experience

Juicy fruits and warm woods from the shampoo and conditioner, settling into a fresh aquatic finish from the mist — with delicate floral petals and a soft vanilla undertone. Three products that layer into one cohesive fragrance. Your hair smells intentional, even on day three.

Your Routine

Three steps, four times a week. Clare’s recommended wash frequency — enough to keep your scalp healthy without over-cleansing.

  • Moisturising Shampoo
Apply to wet hair. Lather gently with fingertips, focusing on the scalp. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  • Moisturising Conditioner
Apply to mid-lengths and ends only — keep it away from the scalp. Leave for one to two minutes. Rinse well.
  • Keratin Glow Mist
Towel-dry gently, then mist 15–20cm from hair through mid-lengths and ends. No rinsing. Comb through if needed.

On non-wash days: Use the Keratin Glow Mist on dry hair to refresh shine and tame flyaways. A few sprays bridges the gap between washes.

Common Questions

How often should I wash my hair with this routine?

Four times a week. That's Clare's clinical recommendation — frequent enough to keep your scalp healthy and your hair looking fresh, without over-cleansing. On non-wash days, the Keratin Glow Mist on dry hair is enough.

On wash days, yes — the shampoo, conditioner, and mist work as a sequence, and the benefits compound. The mist is the only one you’ll use on non-wash days too.

How long before I notice a difference?

Your hair will feel different from the first wash — smoother, softer, easier to manage. The cumulative benefits of the keratin and conditioning build over the first few weeks of consistent use.

This is enough. A complete daily routine — and for most of my clients, it stays exactly this. If your hair ever asks for more, the path from here is natural.

From the Studio Notes

Clare has written about the difference between shedding and breakage — why they look similar but need different responses. If you’re also adjusting to a new wash frequency, her guide to how often you should wash your hair when shedding explains the clinical reasoning behind four times a week.
